Shipping or Delivery? Here at National Furniture, “shipping” and “delivery” are distinct from one another. Shipping is available to all our customers and includes curbside freighting only. If you choose to have an item shipped, you must be prepared to move it from the back of the truck into your residence yourself. Delivery is available only to our local showroom customers in central Pennsylvania. Delivery incurs charges in addition to purchase price; our team will bring your new purchase to your residence and carry it inside for you. Local customers who choose our free shipping option, rather than delivery, must be prepared for curbside freighting. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand what shipping includes and does not include.

Our shipping charges include curbside delivery only. * We usually ship next business day. * Item delivers usually in 2-7 business days. * To CA, OR and WA it may take up to 14 days * Insurance is FREE Since we are true wholesaler, we do not offer inside home delivery and set up. Our shipping charges include curbside delivery only. The truck driver will only bring your furnishings to the rear of his trailer. Depending on the product you purchase, you will most likely need two people to help unload the truck. Please let us know if you will be unable to help the driver unload your purchased items off of the rear of the truck. If you are unable to do so you will need a lift gate for an additional $90 on top of the final sale price. This is our way of offering free or the lowest price possible. However, we can ship directly to a delivery service in your area; it will be your responsibility to make all the necessary arrangements. We take every precaution to prevent damages to the furniture. However, some situations are beyond our control. If your shipment does arrive damaged, please note the damage on the truck driver’s delivery receipt. If you find any hidden damage when you open the boxes, you must notify us within 24-hours of delivery. This will be necessary for filing a damage claim with our freight carrier.
